By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending an Ice Cream Factory (ICF) event operated by Bar Pop Event Management, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before attending. These terms should be read alongside our full Terms of Sale.
- All tickets must be purchased through authorised channels — Eventbrite or our official resale partner Tixel
- ICF is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID is required for entry
- Acceptable ID: current Australian Driver's Licence, current Passport, or current WA Proof of Age card
- Expired ID, photos of ID, or renewal receipts will not be accepted
- If you cannot present valid ID, you will be refused entry without refund
- ICF reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without compensation
- Patrons in possession of stolen, fraudulent or cancelled tickets may be refused entry
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, change of plans, or purchase of the wrong date. Tickets may not be swapped between event dates.
You may resell your ticket through our official platform, Tixel. Tickets must not be resold at a price exceeding the original purchase price unless permitted by law.
If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be made available. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may apply for a refund within the advertised timeframe. Please refer to our full Terms of Sale for complete refund conditions.
ICF reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject from the event, without compensation, any person whose conduct is or is deemed to be unlawful, disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes persons who are:
- Intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly
- Drug-affected or in possession of illegal substances or paraphernalia
- Wearing colours or insignia of any Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMG) or designated group
- Not complying with reasonable directions from staff, security, or emergency services
- The Ice Cream Factory is a licensed premises
- No external alcohol may be brought into or taken from the venue — items will be confiscated and entry refused
- It is an offence to purchase or supply alcohol to a minor or intoxicated person
- Intoxicated persons will be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund
- Personal medication must be accompanied by a valid prescription or pharmacy-issued packaging clearly displaying your full name and dosage — medication without appropriate documentation may be confiscated
The following items are prohibited at ICF events:
- Alcohol or illicit substances
- Weapons, projectiles, or dangerous items
- Professional recording equipment
- Glass, metal containers, or hard plastic
- Outside food or beverages
- Umbrellas, chairs, or camping equipment
- Drones, fireworks, or flammable items
- Large bags or items that block views
- Flags, poles, or banners
- Animals (except certified assistance animals)
- Any item deemed unsafe by Event personnel
Any prohibited item must be surrendered and will not be returned.
We don't have strict dress standards — thongs and shorts are completely acceptable. Footwear must be worn at all times. Entry will be refused to patrons wearing clothing, symbols, or insignia of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) or restricted groups.
ICF Events operate a strict no pass-out policy. Once you leave the venue — whether voluntary or due to removal — re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. No refund or compensation applies.
Patrons bring personal belongings into the licensed area at their own risk. Bar Pop Event Management will not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of personal belongings at the event.
All ICF event sites operate CCTV for security monitoring. By entering the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. You grant permission to ICF Events and its partners to use your image, likeness, and voice in all media throughout the world for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.
Unauthorised professional photography, audio, or video recording is strictly prohibited and equipment may be confiscated.
Bar Pop Event Management may cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to dangerous situations, adverse weather, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Where an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of the ticket price will be made available. Patrons are not entitled to compensation for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or meals.
ICF is committed to providing accessible experiences. Accessible viewing areas, routes, and toilet facilities are available on site. We accept WA Companion Cards — please contact us in advance at tickets@barpop.com.au to arrange a complimentary companion ticket.
