Ticketing

Your ticket admits you into the Ice Cream Factory. Inside, you'll have access to all the activities, amusements, bars, and rides available to purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, change of plans, or purchase of the wrong date. All ticket purchases are subject to our Terms of Sale agreed to upon checkout.

If you need to sell your ticket, you can do so on Tixel — the safest way to resell.

Refunds abide by standard WA laws around refunds. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of the ticket price will be made available. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date — if you can't make it, you may apply for a refund within the advertised timeframe. If the event moves to a significantly different location, the same applies.

Refunds cover the ticket price only and do not include booking fees or any other costs such as travel or accommodation.

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer swapping tickets between event dates, and we do not offer refunds for customers who purchase the wrong date.

Please use our official resale outlet, Tixel, to sell your tickets. Tickets must not be resold at a price exceeding the original purchase price unless permitted by law.

No worries — we can look it up for you at the gate. For further ticketing enquiries please use our contact form.

No — your ticket is valid regardless of whose name is on it. If you're sending a ticket to a friend or family member, they can use it as-is. There's no need for a name change.

If you're selling your ticket to someone you don't know, use Tixel — our official resale platform. Tixel handles the transfer natively, so the new buyer receives their own ticket.

We can scan tickets straight off your phone — please turn the brightness up. You do not need to bring a hard copy.

Accessibility

The Ice Cream Factory is a festival-style event with high foot traffic. The site includes a variety of surfaces — grass, concrete, and gravel — with some uneven areas and gentle slopes. Accessible routes and viewing areas are available for patrons using wheelchairs and mobility devices. Accessible toilet facilities are clearly signposted on site.

ICF provides Accessible Viewing Decks for patrons with disabilities and their companions. Priority access is given to wheelchair users, people using mobility aids, and those with higher access support needs. These areas are intended for patrons with long-term or permanent access requirements and are not available for general use or temporary injuries.

Yes! Companion Cards are issued to people with a disability and entitle the cardholder to one complimentary companion ticket for their support worker.

To request your companion ticket, use our Accessibility & Companion Card form. You'll need your proof of purchase and a photo of yourself holding your Companion Card — we're unable to process requests where the cardholder is not visible in the photo.
