Let's find
your ticket.
No worries — we can look your ticket up at the gate using the name and email address you booked with. You won't be turned away for not having it in your inbox on the night.
Before reaching out, check your junk or spam folder — Eventbrite confirmations sometimes land there. You can also log into your Eventbrite account to find and resend your ticket.
If you've tried all of that and still can't locate it, our team can help.
Include the name and email address used at checkout — it'll help us find your booking quickly.
Refund
policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, change of plans, or purchase of the wrong date. All ticket purchases are subject to our Terms of Sale agreed to upon checkout.
If you need to sell your ticket, the safest way is via Tixel — our official resale platform.
Refunds abide by standard WA consumer laws. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of the ticket price will be made available. If the event is rescheduled or moves to a significantly different location, you may apply for a refund within the advertised timeframe. Refunds cover the ticket price only and do not include booking fees, travel, or accommodation.
Include your order number and a brief description of your situation — our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sell safely
on Tixel.
Tixel is the only resale platform we accept and the only one we recommend. It's fast, safe, and built specifically for this — you list your ticket, a buyer pays you, and Tixel automatically issues them a brand new ticket in their name. No screenshots, no risk, no drama.
Selling or buying tickets through Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or any other third-party platform is done entirely at your own risk. Tickets obtained this way are subject to duplication and copying — if a copied ticket is scanned before yours at the gate, entry cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to assist with tickets purchased outside of official channels.
On name changes — Tixel handles this natively. Once a buyer has paid, they receive their own ticket issued in their name automatically. However, if you're simply giving your ticket to a friend or family member without a sale, their name does not need to appear on the ticket. They can walk straight in with it as-is.
No name change
needed.
Your ticket is valid regardless of whose name is on it. If you're giving your ticket to a friend or family member, they can walk straight in with it — no transfer or name change required.
If you're selling to someone you don't know, use Tixel — our official resale platform. Tixel handles the transfer natively so the new buyer receives their own ticket.
Set times are
on their way.
Set times are emailed to all ticket holders a day or two before the show, once confirmed with artists and their management teams.
They're also posted on our Instagram on the day of the show. Any times shared are always indicative and subject to change.
