How can we
help you?
Everything you need to know about accessibility at ICF — select a topic below.
The Ice Cream Factory is a festival-style event with high foot traffic. The site includes a variety of surfaces — grass, concrete, and gravel — with some uneven areas and gentle slopes.
Accessible routes and viewing areas are available for patrons using wheelchairs and mobility devices. Accessible toilet facilities are clearly signposted on site.
We'll be adding a full site map with accessible routes marked shortly — check back closer to the event.
ICF provides Accessible Viewing Decks for patrons with disabilities and their companions. These areas give a clear sightline to the stage and are away from the main crowd.
Priority access is given to wheelchair users, people using mobility aids, and those with higher access support needs. These areas are intended for patrons with long-term or permanent access requirements and are not available for general use or temporary injuries.
Yes — we proudly accept WA Companion Cards. The card entitles the cardholder to one complimentary ticket for their support worker or companion.
To request your companion ticket, you'll need to include your proof of ticket purchase and a photo of yourself holding your Companion Card. We're unable to process requests where the cardholder is not clearly visible in the photo.
The Companion Card is issued to the person with a disability — not their companion or support worker. Please make sure it's the cardholder submitting the request.
